About us: ThatMorning and the ReputAction platform

ThatMorning S.r.l. is an Italian company based in Milan, founded in 2013, that provides intelligence, listening and analysis to businesses and organisations, with a recognised specialisation in life sciences: patient listening, news and conversation monitoring, web reputation, research and focus groups for pharmaceutical, medical device and insurance companies.

ReputAction is the proprietary platform with which ThatMorning monitors and analyses the reputation of companies and people across media, the web and, since 2026, the answers of generative AI. It is not software to use on your own: it is a managed service, in which technology produces the data and analysts read it.

GEO Assessment is the service, delivered through ReputAction, that measures what ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Copilot say about a company, traces the sources and changes them. It grew out of the work with life sciences companies, where reputation in AI answers showed up first, and is now available for every industry and for six audiences: candidates, customers, buyers, stakeholders, investors and anyone looking up the leadership.

Why us

• Ten years of listening. We have been reading sources, conversations and news on behalf of companies since 2013. AI changed the reader, not the craft.
• A platform, not slides. Navigable report, verified sources, tracked actions, re-analysis with the same set of questions. Every report carries the mark "Made with ReputAction".
• Execution, not just diagnosis. We can carry out the actions in the plan: content, sources, structured data, presence.
• Regulatory perimeter. In pharma we know what can be said and what cannot.
