GEO Assessment · ThatMorning
Candidates, customers, buyers and journalists no longer search on Google: they ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. We analyse what they answer about you, find the sources, give you the plan — and, if you want, carry it out, measuring results over time.
Question“What is it like to work at Velaria Group?”
AI answerVelaria Group is a mid-sized company. In 2021 it went through a reorganisation with redundancies.1 Some online reviews mention a work-life balance that is not always ideal.2 [No mention of benefits, training or recent awards.]3

The GEO Assessment is the analysis of what generative AI engines — ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Copilot — answer about a company: as an employer, as a brand, as a supplier, as an issuer. It returns a GEO Score from A to F, the map of the sources that shape the answers, with verified URLs, and an action plan to change them. It is a Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) service by ReputAction, the platform of ThatMorning S.r.l. The actions in the plan can be carried out by ThatMorning, and periodic monitoring measures their effect (ROI).
Where they ask
Every assistant builds its answers from different sources. That is why we measure all five and act where it weighs most.
What we do
We put your audience's real questions to five engines: branded, category, comparison and risk questions.
We trace every sentence: URL, date, weight. The source map is the heart of the report.
Seven families of actions, from entities to third-party sources. Your team does them, or we do.
Same questions, same engines, 90 days later. What moved, engine by engine.
Who it is for
What AI tells those deciding whether to apply to you.
“What is it like to work at [Company]?”
See the assessment →If AI recommends your category without naming you, you do not exist.
“What is the best [product] for...?”
See the assessment →The buyer's due diligence now goes through ChatGPT.
“Is [Company] a reliable partner?”
See the assessment →The dated crises AI still tells in the present tense.
“Is [Company] a reliable and ethical company?”
See the assessment →What AI says about the people who run the company.
“Who is [Full name]?”
See the assessment →What those doing due diligence on you read.
“Is [Company] worth investing in?”
See the assessment →The solution
We put the real questions of your audience to several models (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Copilot), by market and role.
We identify the actual articles and pages that form that perception, with verified URLs.
Score, gaps and concrete actions per touchpoint. Your team executes them, or we do: content, sources, presence. Then we measure again.
What you receive: GEO Score A–F · Visual SWOT · Source map · Reputational risks · Action plan · Competitor comparison. One branded report, exportable to PDF, generated by the proprietary ReputAction platform. And with monitoring, the same snapshot repeated over time: you see how far your positioning has moved.

Why ThatMorning
Listening, monitoring and reputation for companies and life sciences. AI changed the reader, not the craft.
Navigable report, verified sources, tracked actions, re-analysis with the same set of questions. Every report is Made with ReputAction.
Entities, content, structured data, third-party sources, presence: the plan gets executed, not filed.
In pharma we know what can be said and what cannot. Dedicated, compliant assessments.
Results
From GEO Score C (58) to B (74): presence in answers from 42% to 71%, median source year from 2021 to 2025.
From absence in category questions to 60% presence on Perplexity and ChatGPT, cited first in half the cases.
Pricing
The exact scope (audiences, countries, competitors, number of questions) is agreed on a call: the free audit is also for that.
Is it worth it?
The senior candidate reads about a reorganisation four years ago and does not show up. Nobody in the company will know why.
The buyer asks which suppliers to evaluate: the AI names three. Whoever is not there does not get the request for proposal.
The analyst receives a montage of closed disputes and pages frozen three years ago, and comes to the call with that.
Industry focus
ThatMorning has worked with pharma for over ten years. Dedicated assessments for HR, brand, sales and corporate — within the regulatory perimeter.
