Through the site's forms we collect: name, company, work email, area of interest, message and — for technical and anti-spam purposes — the IP address, together with the page and any campaign parameters from which the form was submitted. Data are processed exclusively to reply to your request (demo audit or PDF presentation) and for any subsequent commercial contact relating to the same request.
Pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and the controller's legitimate interest in protecting the site from abuse (art. 6.1.f GDPR). Providing the data is necessary to reply; without it we cannot respond.
Data are processed electronically and are neither disseminated nor profiled. They may be accessed by persons authorised by the controller and by the hosting provider (SiteGround, with servers in the European Union) as data processor. We keep the data for as long as needed to handle the request and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last contact.
The site uses no profiling cookies and no third-party trackers. Visit statistics are aggregated server-side by the hosting provider, without cookies. Fonts are hosted on our own servers: no data is sent to third-party services to display them.
To present our services and the data of the GEO Observatory we write to managers of companies in the industries we follow, at their work email address. We process first name, last name, role, company and work email, collected from public sources such as company websites and professional email lookup services (art. 14 GDPR). The legal basis is the controller's legitimate interest in presenting its services to companies in the industry (art. 6.1.f GDPR). We send through an email service acting as data processor; the data are not disseminated or used for other purposes and are kept no longer than 24 months after the last contact. You can object at any time with the link at the bottom of every email or by writing to info@thatmorning.com: from then on we no longer write to you.
You can exercise at any time the rights under arts. 15–22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability) by writing to info@thatmorning.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
